Saleh Challenges the UN resolution and refuses to sign the initiative and points the weapon to the People.
45 martyrs and more than 400 wounded is the first outcome of attacks on the people during the first week of issuing the Security Council's resolution that unanimously called Saleh for stepping down.

Since the issuance of UN Security Council Resolution 2014 in the twenty-first of October 2011, which unanimously called Saleh for stepping down.
The Resolution condemned the "excessive violence" against Yemeni demonstrators by the Yemeni authorities callingSaleh to end the repression of the demonstrations. The Resolution confirmed to hold those responsible for violations against protesters in Yemen. Since the issuance of that Resolution, the criminal Saleh's machine is continuing to kill Yemenis demanding freedom and change as Saleh continues defiance the UN Resolution to continue refusing to sign the Gulf Initiative.
Saleh's challenge to the UN Resolution was not limited to his evasion in signing the Initiative but goes to excess, through his military and security services, in targeting peaceful protesters and in bombing civilians by different arms, also Saleh and his family continue to impose their inhumane blockade to the people represented in preventing services, particularly electricity and water.
Despite the passage of ten days of the Resolution, there was no day goes by without violations committed by Saleh's troops here or there, and these violations have left dozens of murdered and hundreds injured since the issuance of a UN Resolution until today.
Where statistics monitored by the news site of "Sahwa Net" shows the crimes and violations committed by the forces of Saleh against the protesters and civilians, during the first week of the issuance of the Resolution, resulted in falling (45) martyrs in various attacks carried by Saleh's forces. And those attacks resulted in injuring more than (390) people, in addition to different violations monitored by the site.
The most significant violations represented in the attack on peaceful marches, shelling populated neighborhoods, preventing services and continuing abduction of more than (140) peaceful protesters of the youth revolution.
Statistics indicate that, immediately after the UN Resolution on Friday evening October 21,Saleh's forces began launching a violent rocket and artillery fire on areas north of the capital Sana'a continued until the morning and caused casualties among civilians.
The days after the Security Council Resolution dozens witnessed crimes committed by Saleh and his family and they were the most prominent crimes during the first week of the Security Council Resolution as follow:
Saturday - October 22:
- The martyrdom of the child Faiz - 13 years old - in Saleh's forces shelling on the Freedom Square in Taiz and four others wounded during the shelling.
* The martyrdom of the Director of Finance for Assa'idaChannel and another officer wounded by Saleh's snippet fire during trying to leave the building of the Channel on Saturday afternoon after aiming the building at a continuing shell since Friday evening following a UN resolution.
* An attack by thugs on the youth revolution in front of Asha'b school inTaiz and an old man wounded in the attack.
* Heavy and growing shelling on areas in Alhasabah, Sufan, Annahdha and sites for the First Armored by Saleh's forces which continued until the morning. Saleh's forces, in this shelling, used various weapons resulted in killing 2 civilians of Alhasabah inhabitants and 7 of Al-Ahmar tribes and 5 of the Division soldiers.
Sunday: 23 - October:
In an unprecedented action, Sunday was the most violent day after the issuance of the Resolutionby Saleh's forces divided into Sana'a, Taizand Hodaidah resulted in casualties and injuries and widespread destruction of properties as follow:
* Injuring5 demonstrators by live bullets in an attack by the Central Security Forces on a peaceful march roamed the streets and all injuries were to a head, abdomen, chest and spine.
* Killing an old man and five people were wounded by snipers at Hayil Street in Sana'a.
* 17 protesters were wounded including 7 of them in very critical cases due to opening of fire by Saleh's thugs on a peaceful demonstration rounded the streets of the city of Hodaidah on Sunday to condemn the crimes of remnants of the regime in Sana'a and Taiz.
* The martyrdom of the eight year old child "Wafaa Al-Asbahi" and her mother and sister were injured by shrapnel due to falling a shell shot by Saleh'sforces on the residential Sa'wancity on Sunday afternoon.
* The martyrdom of the citizen "Taha Aljunied"in SabirAlmawadim - Taiz by the forces of Salehand mutilating his body.
* Expansion of Saleh'sforces bombing on the residential neighborhoods in the capital after it was limited, before issuing the Security Council Resolution, on Alhasabah and Sufan, to include the neighborhoods of Habra, Daris, Jiraf, Shu'uband Old Sana'a that killed 2 of citizens and wounding 3 others.
Monday, 24 - October:
* Killing two people including a child as a result of the bombing,by Saleh's forces located in Jarrah Mount, on residential neighborhoods in Taiz.
* Saleh's forces, located in camps of "Assama', Aljamimah and Alfuraijah,bombsvillagesof Arhab and Nihm using rocketsand heavy artillery.
Tuesday 25 – October:
* Martyrdom of 8 people and wounding 37 due to the city ofTaiz was shelled by unprecedented criminal heavy bombing.
* The martyrdom of two youths,shooting 37, beating 14 others by stones and sticks and 250 poison gas, as a result of the commission of the Central Security Forces and Saleh's thugs a new massacre against peaceful march in Bab Alqa' area.
* Abduction the body of the second martyr of Bab Alqa' by armored vehicle of the Security Forces.
* Martyrdom of a citizen and 6 wounded in the bombing of Tuesday afternoon onSufan neighborhood north of the capital Sana'a by Saleh.
- Shelling on Arhabvillages from camps of Asama'and Alfuraijah on Tuesday evening.
Wednesday 26 - October:
* Martyrdom of a woman and injuring her husband in a shelling targeted their home bySaleh's forces stationed at the Institute for Health in Taiz.
* Two martyrs and several wounded, including children in air raids on Nihm, Arhab and Bani Jarmuz and 25 rockets fall on the village of Alhaniq alone.
* Injuring 5 due to thugs' attack by shooting and stones at a march of students at the University of Aden.
* A shelling on Alhasabh and Sufan areas and sites of the First Armored Division.
Thursday 27 - October:
* Rocket and artillery fire on the villages of Arhab, Nihm and BaniJarmuzleaving damaged homes and farms.
* A shelling on Arrawdha, Almushikineighborhoods and surrounding of Freedom Square.
* Bombing areas of Sufan and Alhasabh from several sites, including sites overlooking the capital.
Friday 27- October:
* Martyrdom of the citizen KifayahAl'amudi and injuring 4 others by Saleh'ssnipers in Hayil Street on Friday afternoon.
* A martyr and several wounded, including two women in a heavy shelling of Saleh's forces on villages of Arhab and Nihm.
* Injuring 5 wounded in an attack by Saleh's thugs on a funeral and the near the palace tour inTaiz.
* Shelling onareas ofAlhasabah,Sufan and sites of the First Armored Division lasted until dawn.
* Shelling has continued since 11 pm yesterday to Saturday dawn targeted a number of villages caused material damages in homes and farms.
Saturday 29 - October:
* Martyrdom of a citizen and wounding two others by Saleh'stroops in Taizon Saturday dawn in WadiAlqadhi, during his returning from Saudi Arabia.
* Two martyrs on Saturday morning as a result of a violent bombing of Republican Guard Brigades on the villages of Arhab and Nim.
* Martyrdom of three children and injuring 13 others, including 4 children in the artillery and rocket fire ofthe family guard camp in Alfuraijah targeted gas station in ArhabDirectorate north of the capital Sana'a.
* Bombing on neighborhoods of Arrawdha and Almasbah by different weapons.
* Intermittent shelling on Alhasabah and Sufanand sites of the First Armored Division.
