Former President: Protests are guarantees to achieve revolution's objectives

25/1/2012 - The former Yemeni President Ali Nasser Mohammed has said that the protests and sit-ins are guarantees to achieve the objectives of the Yemeni revolution.

In a seminar held in Cairo on Monday, he criticized the policies adopted by the outgoing President Ali Abdullah Saleh, pointing out that they  negatively affected on Yemen's unification.

He said that Saleh's policies were behind the emergence of what is called the Southern Movement, calling all Yemenis to engage in dialogue to resolve their differences.

Mohammad said Yemen needs reconciliation in which all forces take part with the aim of reaching political partnership and resources sharing.
