The Yemeni lawyer Abdul-Rahman Barman said violence used by the
Southern Movement and the Houthi group against voters in the election day is a
crime punishable by laws.
He said Yemenis practiced their constitutional rights, stressing
that any persons who attempt to intimidate people and endanger their lives must
be accountable.
He further said any individual or party has the right to boycott
elections, but has not right to prevent them from voting.
