The Yemeni Doctor Association has denounced the abduction of doctor Tamim
al-Shami, head of the doctor association in Sana'a on Monday.
The Yemeni Doctor Association
saidthat an armed men kidnapped on
Monday Al-Shami, pointing out that Al-Shami had spearheaded protests demanding
to carry out reforms in the Military Hospital in Sana'a.
The state-run Al-Jomhoria Newspaper
said that Al-Shami was kidnapped by a group that was under he supervision of
the Military Intelligence, Abdul-Razaq Al-Najar.
The association held the Defense
Minister responsible for the safety of Al-Shami, demanding to expose the
criminals and bring them to justice.
