Yemeni minister: Collusion with terrorists behind Al-Sabeen incident

Alsahwah.net- The Yemeni spokesman of
the Yemeni government and Minister of Information Ali Al-Amrani has called
relatives of the former president Ali Abdullah Saleh to abandon violence and
step down from their positions.
in a interview with BBC, Al-Amrani
said the law will be applied against those who committed the crime.
He affirmed that disregarding helped terrorists
to overcome security checkpoints and commit the brutal crime at Al-Sabeen
Square.
A suicide bomber wearing a military
uniform exploded himself in a military parade rehearsal at Al-Sabeen square in
Sana'a , leaving 100 soldiers killed and hundreds others wounded on Monday.
Military sources told AFP that at
least 50 soldiers were killed in the bombing that targeted a unit of the
Central Security.
Units of the Yemeni military
participated in a military parade rehearsal for preparation of a Yemen's Unity
anniversary celebration.
The Defense Ministry confirmed the
attack on its website, without giving details. No group has claimed
responsibility so far.
