Alsahwah.net- A committee tasked to reconstruct the
military and security services in collaboration with American experts will hand
over a plan to president Abdu Rabo Mansour Hadi in the middle of August, the Emirati
Al-Khaleej newspaper quoted Yemeni sources.
The sources said the plan will be
carried out by the international community, pointing out that it will end the
division of military and security services.
They further revealed that Hadi will issue
a package of decrees that will lead to the merging of the military and security
units.
