Armed men in military uniforms have stormed the house of Mohammed al-Maqtari, a commander in the popular resistance force that drove out Houthi rebels from Aden in 2015 and kidnapped two of his relatives.
The gunmen stormed al-Maqtari's house in the temporary capital Aden on Tuesday for no known reason and took him to an unknown detention.
Private sources told Al-Sahwa Net that the gunmen broke into the house, kidnapped his son and his brother and terrorized the rest of the family among them children.
It is worth mentioning that al-Maqtari is one of the most prominent leaders of the resistance force in Aden and was seriously injured during his defense of Aden in 2015 and is still waiting for a government help to treat him.
