The Houthi-Saleh militias gain millions of dollars from selling fuels in black markets, the UAE-based newspaper, Albyan reported.
It also relies on funding its wars through levies, blackmail of traders, and donations, pointing out that obstructions are made to those who refuse to pay.
The newspaper affirmed that the militias manipulate the prices of gas cylinders, affirming that they sell them five times higher that their real prices.
