Yaseem Makkawi, an advisor of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi, has called on the international community to designate Iran "a sponsor of global terrorism."
In a statement to the press, Makkawi also called for designating the radical Shiit Islamist Houthi militias "a terrorist group."
"Keeping Iran in check and fighting its aligned terrorist tools will make the Arab and Islamic countries and the whole world safe and stable," he said.
The ballistic missile that Iranian experts fired from Yemen toward Riyadh and the Saudi military intercepted was only meant to kill and intimidate civilians and to extend the sphere of conflict, he said.
