Houthis abduct about 40 persons in Ibb

Militias of the Houthis and ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh are still carrying a wave of abductions in the governorate of Ibb.
They kidnapped more than 40 persons in 10 days including ten persons from one family.
They kidnapped these people from the family of al-Hubaishi because they found a corpse of a Houthi fighter thrown close to their house.
They stormed and occupied the house of the family of and expelled his family and a number of their neighbors.
The governorate of Ib is currently witnessing insecurity situation in which the cases of murders and other crimes sharply increased.
Meanwhile, local sources in Ibb told Alshwah Net that the militias are still pursing two activists; Haitham al-Ezzi and Ali al-Sayaghi.
Al-Syaghi posted on his facebook page that the militias abducted ten activists in the city of Ibb.
They also stormed into internet cafes and kidnapped a number of activists including the outstanding activist Ahmed al-Qafal.
In al-Kadea district of governorate, militias of the Houthis abducted two persons and took them into an unknown destination.
They also kidnapped on Friday ten students of Ibb University and four civilians from al-Nadheriah district of Ibb.
Yemen's delegate to the United Nations Khaled al-Yamani cited, in a letter sent to the United Nations, mentioned that militias of the Houthis and Saleh have been seizing 871 civilians from Ibb governorate alone.
