Alsahwa Net – Vice President Ali Muhsin Saleh called on Saturday the international community to take decisive positions to deter the Houthis after they impeded the Geneva talk which was scheduled to start last week.
Meanwhile, Yemen Foreign Minister Khaled al-Yamani said on Saturday the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths justified the Houthis’ behaviors and defended them, pointing out that the Houthis do not respect their pledges or take care for the suffering of Yemenis.
Al-Yamany called the international community to be more serious in dealing with the Houthis and put pressure on them.
Griffiths said on Saturday that he would head back to Yemen and neighboring Oman "within days" to try and agree on a new date after the Houthis refused to join the talks which were scheduled to start last Thursday.
