Alsahwa Net- Relatives of Yemeni abductees have revealed that Houthi militias transferred their abductees from the Central Prison in Sana’a to the city Hodeida, expressing fears that they might be used as shield fields or be involved in fighting fronts.
The Saudi newspaper of Okaz quoted some relatives of abductees as saying that 400 abductees and prisoners were transferred by force from Sana’a to Hodeida.
They affirmed that they know nothing about their relatives, holding the Iran-backed Houthis fully responsible for the lives of their relatives.
Head of Scope Center for Studies and Relief Media Mohammed al-Maqrami said that most prisoners held in the Central Prison were from al-Qaeda, pointing out that the Houthis put civilians with terrorists at the same cells.
Al-Maqrami spelt out that the abductees will not be able to fight because they have no fighting experience or training, signaling out that the Houthis will exploit them as human shields.
