International call for implementation of Al-Riyadh agreement

Alsahwa Net- Ambassadors of the five permanent member counties of the UN Security Council to Yemen, affirmed on Wednesday on the need to the implementation of the Al-Riyadh agreement to restore security and stability in Aden.
The five diplomats pronounced this during a video meeting they had on Tuesday with the Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed Al-Hadhrami, the state-run Saba News Agency reported.
The diplomats expressed their support to the UN-led efforts to reach a comprehensive and sustainable solution to the Yemeni crisis.
In a related respect, they expressed their concern about the deteriorating condition of the Safer tanker, docked in the Red Sea, Off Ras Issa port, north Hodeida.
They demanded a quick solution to the tanker to avert an environmental disaster in the region.
The Al-Riyadh agreement was signed last November by the government and the separatist Southern Transitional Council (STC) which seized Aden last August.
Since then, insecurity increased in the city amid collapse of the public service.
