Alsahwa Net – Yemen has again demanded the international community to designate the Shia theocratic militia of Houthis as a terrorist group.
Checking on civilians receiving treatment in Aden hospitals for wounds from a late December terrorist attack by the Houthi militia, Information Minister Muammar al-Eryani said the Houthi militia should be “put on the blacklist of terrorists” in preparation for the prosecution of the militia’s leaders.
As the government in exile landed back in Aden International Airport, the militia fired three ballistic missiles killing 27 people and injuring 108 civilians including humanitarian aid workers, journalists and passengers.
Although the Houthi militia is a theocratic Jihadist that in addition to actions, openly declare in words, they accept nothing less than the military defeat or, in negotiations, the full effectual surrender of the government, the UN officials keep renewing the calls and pressures on the government’s side for “peace,” something that disrupted the war and prolonged the Yemeni war to now. The terror attack in Aden airport, however costly in terms of civilian lives, served as “a reminder” to the UN about the importance of “peace” with Houthis.
