Yemen asks countries not to deal with passports issued by Houthis

Yemeni government sources have revealed that the Yemeni Authority of Immigration and Passport issued a circular to all countries not to deal with any passports which are issued by the putschists in Sana'a from the date of January 2016.
The sources affirmed that some Yemenis started to face problems in some countries including Malaysia, Djibouti and Egypt after the circular was sent to some states.
They spelt out that 68 Yemenis complained to the Yemeni Ambassador to Malaysia that the American Embassy refused to deal with their passports under the pretext that it has a circular of the Yemeni government not to deal with passports issued by the putschists in Sana'a.
Militias of the Houthis and Saleh in Sana'a randomly issued thousands of passports including diplomatic passports and used passports in trafficking.
