Alsahwa Net-The media officer of the Yemeni Teacher Syndicate (YTS) Yahya al-Yanae has said that the Houthi Movement is changing Yemeni education curricula with the help of Iranian experts.
In an interview with the local “26 September” newspaper, al-Yanae warned that the Houthi curricula will learn students the culture of extremism, violence, and hatred.
Meanwhile, the Houthi Movement changed names of several public schools in some governorates with names their adored religious figures.
This Houthi behavior is a part of larger Houthis-measures that they implement by force for change of the state departments and the society to consolidate their rule.
The Houthis who seized the capital Sana’a in late 2014, have been promoting their extreme Shite ideology in public schools.
They use their authority to force public and private schools to organize educational programs that promote the Houthis religious and political ideology among the school male and female kids.
