Houthi snipers shot injured two civilians in Hays in Yemen's western Hodeidah governorate on Sunday evening, local eyewitnesses said
The snipers shot 20-year-old Ibrahim Abdullah Omar and 14-year-old Bilal Mohammed Saleh while they were walking the main market of Hays.
Ibrahim's injury is critical as the bullet hit near his heart, said the sources.
The Houthi militia habitually kill civilians by sniper shooting and heavy shelling in the Red Sea port governorate of Hodeidah as it seeks to expand beyond what the Stockholm Agreement duped the government to leave for them, the governorate's capital and ports.
