Over 5,000 violations in Dhalae in 2016

A human rights report has revealed that the Houthi-Saleh militias committed about 5,000 violations across Yemen in 2016 alone.

The report disclosed that gross infringements made by the Houthis-Saleh militias in al-Dhalae.

The report cited that the violations included cases of murder, injury, displacement, enforced deportation, bombardment, storming of houses, looting and destruction of cars and farms, blockade of villages, depriving students from access to school, destruction of schools and health facilities.

Chairperson of Awareness for Human Rights that the report documented 86 cases of murder including two children and three women.

He cited that 291 civilians including 21 children and 24 women were injured as the militias indiscriminately bombarded villages and populated neighborhoods.
