April 24, 2017 – Abaad Studies and Research Center, known as Abaad, has anticipated, in assessment, that the United States will support the Arab Coalition and the Yemeni government in order to liberate Hodeidah.

The Yemeni research center ruled out that the US will directly intervene, pointing out that there are differences in the United States regarding its intervention in Yemen.

In assessment entitled (Encountering Houthis in Yemen.. a US vision) , Abaad cited that the US will provide logistic and intelligence support and military advisors. It also said that the United States will put an end to the flow of Iranian weapons to the Houthis by Iran.

Abaad also sadi that China and the European Union will support the liberation of Hodeidah in order to avoid instability of the international navigation.
