AMA demands to release paralyzed abductee

April 26, 2017- The Abductees' Mothers Association on Wednesday carried out a protest in front of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Sana'a, demanding to release the abductee Jamal al-Mamari who was paralyzed inside a jail of the Houthi-Saleh militias.
A Yemeni physician Abdul-Qadir al-Junaid revealed that al-Mamari was severely tortured until he lost the ability to move, pointing out that some of his abductees take care for him.
AMA demanded, in a statement, to immediately release al-Mamari and save his life, holding the Houthi-Saleh militias fully responsibly for his safety.
Meanwhile, AMA said that the journalist Tayseer al-Sama'e is being subjected to brutal torture after he was transferred from Dhamar to Taiz, pointing out that his is in danger after his health badly deteriorated.
AMA called local and international organizations to put pressures on the Houthi-Saleh militias in order to release al-Mamari and al-Samae.
