The Houthi coup militia has prevented the entry of flour into the governorates under its armed control, in light of the war it is waging against the national economy and merchants in its areas of control.
Merchants and truck drivers said that the Houthi militia prevented the entry of commercial trucks carrying flour belonging to the Hayel Saeed Anam Company, to the "Nehm, Afar and Al-Rahda" ports, on the pretext that these imports are coming from the interim capital, Aden.
The sources added that the flour that is prohibited from entering the areas of the Houthi militia is Al-Baraka and Al-Sanabel flour.
The sources confirmed that the process of seizing trucks has been going on for nearly a month, noting that the merchants filed a complaint with the militia leaders, which did not respond to their demands or respond to them until the moment.
