YJS demands to protect journalists in Aden

Alsahwa Net- The Yemeni Journalists Syndicate (YJS) has demanded to protect journalists in Aden, pointing out that the journalist Hanan Nasser Mohammed was threatened with murder and accused of infidelity.
According to YJS, Hanan was threatened because she followed up the case of killing an activist in Aden Amjad Abdul-Rahman.
YJS called the authorities in Aden to investigate into the charges and threats against Hanan, pointing out that the lives of activists are endangered by extremist groups in Aden.
It also appealed to protect Hanan and her family, all journalists and activists working in Aden, indicating that some groups practice violence and bloodshed in Aden.
