Heavy artillery fire launched by foreign-backed Shia terrosit Houthis struck residential neighborhoods in northern Taiz on Monday, causing widespread panic among civilians and inflicting severe damage to homes and infrastructure.

The bombardment targeted densely populated districts, forcing families to flee their houses in search of safety. Witnesses described the shelling as “intense and indiscriminate,” with explosions echoing across the city and leaving several homes partially destroyed .
