Member of Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council, Lt. Gen. Sultan Al-Arada, attended the graduation ceremony of 1,139 students from various colleges of Saba University in Marib, emphasizing education as the foundation for state-building and sustainable development.

Al-Arada praised the university's resilience despite challenges, stating it has become a national model and beacon of knowledge. He congratulated graduates, conveying President Rashad Al-Alimi's wishes for their success and urging them to apply their knowledge for Yemen's future.
